Europe Comics Website Debuts with New Titles

Europe Comics, the European digital graphic novel initiative announced last spring, launched November 10 with the debut of the Europecomics.com website and the release of 10 new titles via the site.

Titles now available via Europecomics.com include the vampire series Raptors by Dufaux and Marini; the suspense-packed thriller Alter Ego by Lapière, Renders, Reynès and the slice of life masterpiece Ordinary Victories by Larcenet. More titles will be released on November 25, including the Spanish cyberspace thriller Bitcoin by Preukschat, Busquet and Ares; and the futuristic saga Keepers of Lost Time by Miroslav Marić and Vojadin Radovanović.

The site will add 15-20 titles each month.

Europe Comics is a collaborative venture by 13 European comics publishers to promote the best of European comics publishing to the North American comics fan. The site offers consumers an opportunity to buy comics in digital editions and it offers information for North American houses looking to license European comics for the English language market.
