Andrea Barrett Wins 2015 Rea Award

Andrea Barrett has been named the recipient of the 2015 Rea Award for the Short Story, a $30,000 prize awarded annually to honor a writer who has made a significant contribution to the discipline of the short story as an art form. Barrett is the author of three story collections and six novels, including 2002’s Pulitzer finalist Servants of the Map and 2013’s Archangel, which was longlisted for the Story Prize.
