Walter Isaacson’s biography of Steve Jobs was the top selling title on Amazon this year when combining print and e-book sales, the e-tailer reported Monday morning. Steve Jobs was followed by Bossypants by Tina Fey and A Stolen Life by Jaycee Dugard. While two of the top three selling titles were published by Simon & Schuster, the fourth bestselling title,The Mill River Recluse by Darcie Chan was self-published and available only as an e-book as was The Abbey by Chris Culver which landed at #9. In the Garden of the Beasts by Erik Larson was the fifth top selling title.

In addition to The Abbey, the remainder of the top 10 titles were A Dance with Dragons, The Paris Wife, The Litigators, and Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle).

Amazon noted that the list takes into account first editions that were published in 2011, and considers only paid units
