Barnes & Noble will host the inaugural BookTok Festival at its flagship store in New York City's Union Square on February 4.

The event will begin at 10 a.m. with a "BookTok Con," featuring booths run by such publishers as Disney, Hachette, HarperCollins, Macmillan, Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, Scholastic, Sourcebooks and Union Square & Co., all of whom will be giving out advanced reading copies and other free merchandise. Panel discussions and book signings will start at 2 p.m., featuring a lineup of what Barnes & Noble calls "authors who have grown their readership through bookseller support and reader engagement on TikTok."

Featured authors at the festival include Tessa Bailey, Melissa Blair, Ana Huang, T.J. Klune, R.F. Kuang, Ryan La Sala, Kennedy Ryan, Hannah Whitten, and more. In a press release, Barnes & Noble touted the first-ever festival as "giving many book lovers an opportunity to connect with some of their favorite authors off-screen at an in-person event."

BookTok Festival will be a ticketed event. Learn more on Eventbrite.
