Open Road Integrated Media is expanding its marketing team, adding new members and promoting those within the department. Rachel Chou, chief marketing officer at Open Road, annouced the changes, crediting the growth to the rapidly expanding market for e-books. Lauren Naefe has been hired as senior digital marketing manager; she was most recently at the National School Climate Council. Allison Myers was brought on as marketing manager, and she was most recently online marketing manager at Knopf Doubleday Publishing Group. Justin Mitchell has been named assistant marketing manager and was, previously, an intern at the Paris Review. Laura De Silva has been promoted to associate digital marketing manager, and Lara Selavka was promoted to assistant interactive producer.
Also, in Open Road's digital entertainment division, Jack Taylor has been promoted to post production manager.
