HarperCollins Christian Publishing (HCCP) has hired Philip Nation as v-p, publisher for Thomas Nelson Bibles. He will join the organization on December 2.
Reporting to John Kramp, senior v-p, Bibles and Spanish Group publisher for HCCP, Nation's responsibilities will include overseeing acquisitions, author and title development, and product innovation for the King James Version (KJV), New King James Version (NKJV), New English Translation (NET), International Children's Bible (ICB), and other translations.
Nation's experience includes eight years at LifeWay Christian Resources where he served in ministry development, adult ministry publishing, and content development roles.
