Good Will Publishers Adds a Children’s Imprint

Good Will Publishers, a Christian publisher best known for specialty Bibles, will launch Good & True Media this fall featuring fiction titles aimed at infants through middle-grade readers. It plans to publish 10 to 20 books a year beginning with eight titles in 2021, under the guiding principles: “Educate the Imagination; Move the Heart; Deepen the Mind’ Strengthen the Soul.” The debut list will include picture books from several popular Instagram influencers.

“Starting a children’s imprint has been a dream of mine for a long time,” says Brian Gallagher, a great grandson of the founder of the family-owned company. He told PW he couldn’t find the “value-focused” books he wanted for his own four children. “I’m thrilled to be bringing books into the world that we feel have a strong moral foundation and will also foster virtue in children while entertaining them and nurturing their imagination.”
