Publishers Weekly e-galley submissions
Welcome to the Publishers Weekly e-galley submission system.
If you use this system to submit an e-galley for review consideration, you do not need to send a hard-copy version. Please follow our regular submission guidelines in all other respects; in particular, note that we require a three-month lead time for e-galleys as well as print galleys.
Please only create one upload per book. If you discover an error in the uploaded file and need to update it, please email service@publishersweekly.com.
Please fill out all the fields below and upload your e-galley. Please make sure your contact information is correct so we can get in touch with you if we have trouble reading your uploaded files. If you provide jacket art or an author photo, the resolution should be at least 300dpi. Please provide some information about the book in the press release text field even if you also attach a press release document.
The best format for the e-galley is epub, which our reviewers will be able to read on just about any device. We also accept rtf and pdf files.
If the file is DRM-protected, please include the password or other access information. If possible, please provide non-DRM-protected galleys to maximize the chances of our reviewers being able to read them on their preferred devices. Only PW's editors and reviewers have access to this system and the galleys, and we will not distribute the files outside of PW.
The form asks for the book's publication month. For our purposes, if a book is due out in the last week of the month, we will consider its publication month to be the following month. In other words, books published June 24–30 are July titles, books published July 25–31 are August titles, and so on.
This system is for use by publishers only, and is only for pre-publication galleys. Self-published titles should be submitted for review consideration through our PW Select program, for which we now accept e-books.
