LeapFrog has announced the release of interactive e-books from Disney Publishing Worldwide as part of LeapFrog's new third-party developer program for its platforms. Doc McStuffins: Rundown Racecar and Wreck It Ralph: Sugar Rush were developed and produced by Disney for LeapFrog and are available for purchase in the "Just for Fun" section of the LeapFrog App Center for $5 in the children's learning tablets.

"We are very excited to be one of the first third-party developers to create content for LeapFrog's platforms," said Lyle Underkoffler, v-p of digital media for Disney Publishing Worldwide. "Our work with LeapFrog allows us to offer millions of children the chance to interact with characters they know and love through new innovative interactive experiences."

The new e-books from Disney Publishing Worldwide join LeapFrog's library of learning games, e-books, videos, music, and more. Greg Ahearn, chief marketing officer at LeapFrog, said, "We will continue to work with brands such as Disney to provide new and unique ways to engage kids on our award-winning learning platforms."
