Literary agent Edite Kroll will transfer her active children'a book clients to Victoria Wells Arms of Wells Arms Literary, working in association with the Hannigan Salky Getzler Agency, effective January 1, 2019. Kroll will continue to work with her children's backlist and adult trade clients.

Steph Stillwell has joined Abrams as designer for the Abrams Books for Young Readers and ComicArts imprints. She was previously a designer at Little Bee Books.

Brittany Naundorff has been promoted to designer for Little Simon and Simon Spotlight, from junior designer. Rebecca Syracuse has been named designer for Atheneum, McElderry, and Beach Lane Books; previously she was a designer at Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group. Laura Eckes has been named designer for Simon Pulse; she was most recently a designer at HarperCollins. Karyn Lee has been named junior designer for Atheneum, McElderry, and Beach Lane Books. Gabrielle Chang has been named junior designer for Simon Spotlight and Little Simon.

Random House Children's Books has two promotions and one new hire. Regina Flath has been promoted to assistant art director, from senior designer. Casey Moses has been promoted to designer, from junior designer. Alison Romig has joined as publishing assistant; previously she was an executive assistant at Gotham Ghostwriters.

Little, Brown Books for Young Readers has three new hires. Rachel Poloski is returning as senior editor on the licensing team; she previously worked for the licensing team from 2013 to 2015, and was most recently an editor at Random House. Bill Grace joins as marketing coordinator; he was previously book manager at Buttonwood Books and Toys in Cohasset, Mass. Savannah Kennelly joins as digital marketing assistant.

Alexis Banyon has joined HarperCollins Children's Books as marketing director, a newly created position focusing on partnerships and brand management. Most recently she was director of product development at Disney Publishing Worldwide.

Tara Feehan is joining HarperCollins Children's Books as v-p, finance and administration. She has been with HarperCollins for 16 years, most recently as senior director of finance. She replaces Randy Rosema, who is retiring in January.

Random House Children's Books has two new hires and one promotion. Whitney Leopard joins Random House Graphic as senior editor; previously she was an editor at BOOM! Studios. Megan Mitchell joins as marketing coordinator; previously she was marketing coordinator at St. Martin's. Audrey Steuerwald has been promoted to assistant art director for trade marketing, from design manager.

Brian Monahan has been named editorial director of Sterling Children's Books. Previously he was a children's buyer at Barnes & Noble.

Holiday House has one promotion and three new hires. Mora Couch has been promoted to associate editor, from assistant editor. Talia Levitt has joined Holiday House as editorial assistant; she was previously an agent at Studio Goodwin Sturges and an instructor at the Rhode Island School of Design. Della Farrell has joined as editorial assistant; she was previously an assistant editor at School Library Journal. Eryn Levine will join Holiday House as editorial assistant on December 4; she was previously a publishing assistant at Penguin Random House Audio Publishing.
