The nominees for the 2020 Bologna Prize for the Best Children’s Publishers of the Year have been revealed. Although this year’s Bologna Children’s Book Fair was canceled due to the pandemic, all BCBF exhibitors are invited to select their favorite publishing houses (one for each geographical region) by voting online.

The awards are presented by the Bologna Children’s Book Fair in collaboration with the Association of Italian Publishers. Prizes will be given to one publisher in each of six different geographic regions: Africa, Asia, Central and South America, North America, Europe, and Oceania.
