The 2023 Twin Cities Teen Literature Convention, known as Teen Lit Con, took place in person for the first time since 2019 on April 29. This year, TLC was held at Two Rivers High School in St. Paul, Minn. An initiative of the Twin Cities Metro Libraries and funded by Minnesota’s Clean Water, Land, and Legacy Amendment, the event drew 500 participants for a day of author presentations, writing workshops, panels, and other programming.

Teen Lit Con 2023 headliners were Darcie Little Badger, Kathleen Glasgow, Kazu Kibuishi, and Dustin Thao, along with Minnesota-based authors Bryan Bliss, Shannon Gibney, Nicole Kronzer, Carrie Mesrobian, Jenna Miller, and Kyle Tran Myhre, as well as graphic novel illustrators Sara Mai, Brent Schoonover, and Jason Walz.
