The Working Partners group – including Beast Quest Ltd and The Greenhouse Literary Agency – has been acquired by Jeremy Banks and Tim Ricketts, the management team who built Coolabi Ltd, with the support of Edge Performance VCT. The founders of WP, Ben Baglio and Rod Ritchie, will be exiting the business, which will continue to be run by Chris Snowdon and Charles Nettleton. Sarah Davies will continue to head up The Greenhouse, of which she remains a director.
Working Partners’ growth plans for its existing businesses include: capitalizing on its new U.S. editorial team to expand the company’s American content; growing its rights agency, Rights People, and continuing to support The Greenhouse, which has experienced exponential growth over the past eighteen months.
