The U.S. Government Printing Office has released the "official and authentic" digital and print versions of the Report of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Committee Study of the Central Intelligence Agency’s Detention and Interrogation Program, also referred to as the "Torture Report."

The print version will include a forward by Senate Intelligence Committee chairman Dianne Feinstein, and "additional and minority views." The print version is available for purchase at GPO’s retail and online bookstore for $29, and the digital version on the office's Federal Digital System.

On December 10, the day after the report (which documents and condemns U.S. practices of torture in the years after September 11) was made public, independent publisher Melville House announced that it would be releasing the report in both paperback and e-book by the end of 2014.
