Erica Blumenthal and Nikki Huganir launched their sun-dappled Instagram account, Yes Way Rosé, in 2013. Some 50,000 followers and a line of merch, including bottled wine, later, the pair have a cocktail book, also called Yes Way Rosé (Running Press, Apr.). “To sip a glass with friends and loved ones after a pool or beach day, or when dining al fresco, is to be living your best life,” Huganir says.

In The Rosé Lover’s Companion (Skyhorse, May), Cece Monroe gives a brief history of rosé alongside recipes for cocktails with rosé as the star ingredient, snack suggestions, and wine quotes and trivia, all illustrated in alluring millennial pink. Her favorite rosé concoction for entertaining a crowd is the Flamingo Glow: rosé, whiskey, and orange juice. “It’s got such a great citrus flavor,” she says. “And, of course, it looks great, too.”
