WNBA Prize Goes to Little Free Library

The Women's National Book Association (WNBA) is presenting its Second Century Prize, valued at $5,000, to the Little Free Library, a nonprofit organization that promotes reading for all ages with an emphasis on children by building free book exchanges.

Based in Hudson, Wis., the Little Free Library is being awarded with the WNBA prize due to its impact on thousands of readers, according to a release from the association. The award is part of a year-long celebration marking the WNBA’s centennial anniversary.
