Lamb Leaves RHCB

Wendy Lamb will step down at the end of the year from her role as v-p and publishing director after 18 years with her eponymous imprint, and will become a freelance editor and creative consultant. Wendy Lamb Books will remain an imprint of Random House Children’s Books, with associate editor Dana Carey continuing to acquire for it, in consultation with Melanie Nolan, v-p and publisher of Alfred A. Knopf Books for Young Readers. Wendy will continue to edit her authors, including Christopher Paul Curtis and Rebecca Stead, who will be continue to be published under the imprint.
