ABA Welcomes Two New Board Members

Earlier this year the American Booksellers Association changed its bylaws to expand its board from 11 members to 13 and to guarantee that, going forward, at least four members will be BIPOC booksellers (of which two must be Black). As a consequence, two booksellers have been added to the board: Jake Cumsky-Whitlock of Solid State Books in Washington, D.C. and Melanie Knight of Books Inc. in San Francisco, Calif. (Pictured)

They will serve until next year's board elections in April 2021.
