A collection of pieces by Daniel Pearl, the Wall Street Journal reporter assassinated in Pakistan, will be published by the Wall Street Journal Books imprint at the Free Press this summer. The collection, introduced by his widow, Mariane, and including tributes from his co-workers at the newspaper, will be a varied one, representing Pearl's 10 years at the WSJ covering a wide range of stories; profits from the book will be donated to a trust established by Dow Jones, the paper's owner, for Pearl's widow and child.
