San Diego Comic-Con 2011: Kids' Books at the Show
The 42nd annual Comic-Con International took place this past weekend, with more than 130,000 fans flocking to the San Diego Convention Center for a peek at what's new and next in the worlds of comics, books, and movies. HarperCollins Children's Books is teaming with both the Apple iBookstore and Barnes & Noble's Nook Bookstore to launch digital editions of its popular I Can Read early reader series. Harper will set up I Can Read digital boutiques at each online store, launching with 80 titles with plans for more to come.
