William L. Shirer's bestselling book, The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich, first published by Simon & Schuster in 1960, is being sold as an e-book by RosettaBooks for $2.99 and has made it up to #48 on the Kindle bestseller list. The low price has catapulted the e-book ahead of the print book, which is ranked #9,550 and is selling for $18.42. Shirer's book won the National Book Award and weighs in at over 1,200 pages.
