After two weeks in the top spot on Apple's iBooks bestseller list, John Green's The Fault in Our Stars slid two spots to #3, giving way to a new top seller for the week ended February 17, Private L.A. by James Patterson and Mark Sullivan. Released February 10, Patterson's novel follows the investigation of a Hollywood couple's disappearance.

Richelle Mead's 2007 Vampire Academy moved up nine slots to #6, following the February 7 release of the film adaptation of the same name. Once again, each book in Veronica Roth's Divergent trilogy hung on in the top five, with the eponymous title at #2, Insurgent at #3, and Allegiant at #5.
