The film adaptation of Emma Donoghue’s Room, which earned actress Brie Larson an Oscar on February 28, is boosting sales of the 2010 novel, which took #3 on the iBooks bestsellers chart for the week ending March 6. Film adaptations are also benefitting authors Paula Hawkins whose Girl on the Train came in at #6, and JoJo Moyes whose Me Before You came in at #8.

Debut author Fiona Barton maintained her #1 perch from last week with The Widow on the list this week, while Audrey Carlan’s January fell four spots to #7.
