Oprah's Book Club may have courted controversy recently, but when it comes to book sales, Oprah Winfrey is still a kingmaker. Robert Kolker's Hidden Valley Road rocketed to #1 on the Apple Books store's bestseller list, knocking Celeste Ng's Little Fires Everywhere down to #2 after two weeks on top courtesy of its Hulu adaptation. Big names filled out the rest of the top five, with James Patterson, Kristin Hannah, and Harlan Coben all making the cut. Where the Crawdads Sing is crawling its way back up the list, and is at #6 on the latest list.
