What’s the Buzz?

Diana Gabaldon has the #1 book in the country with Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone, her ninth Outlander novel and the first to publish since the TV adaptation debuted on Starz in 2014. Ongoing sales of the series, which began with 1991’s Outlander, prove that the epic love story between 20th-century Englishwoman Claire Beauchamp Randall Fraser and 18th-century Scotsman James Alexander Malcolm MacKenzie Fraser is no mere Highland fling.

Isn’t It Cytonic?

SFF heavy hitter Brandon Sanderson continues his Skyward YA science fiction series with Cytonic, #3 on our children’s fiction list. Four books are expected; our starred review called Skyward, the first installment, “action packed,” praising the author’s “resourceful, fearless heroine.”
