With the London Book Fair fast approaching, DC Entertainment announced plans to move its U.K. book trade distribution to Diamond Book Distributors U.K from its longtime partner Titan Books. The move marks the first time all DC Entertainment English language graphic novels and collected editions will be published and sold worldwide. Diamond will begin soliciting in June and books will ship by November 1, 2012.

DC Entertainment senior v-p of Sales Bob Wayne said the transition to Diamond Book Distributors will allow DC, “better control and enhance the value of our brand worldwide. We are looking forward to our relationship with our new partner and want to thank our colleagues at Titan Books for their many years of partnership.” DC Entertainment will continue to work with Titan in some areas, among them U.K. licensed newsstands editions of DC comics and licensed books such as The Dark Knight Rises novelisations coming in July.

Diamond v-p of purchasing Bill Schanes said, “We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with DC Entertainment on both comic shop and book market sales in the U.k. We look forward to working with them to promote and sell DC's line of comic books, graphic novels and merchandise."
