For the community colleges and vocational schools it works with, ebrary has added a number of e-books across acquisition models. The company has added over 1,000 titles to its College Complete collection, a subscription database now with over 25,000 titles on topics ranging from business to health. The company has also launched two new packs dedicated to veterinary medicine.

The veterinary medicine packs, aimed at students training at vocational schools, focus on veterinary technology and are part of a series of packs ebrary will be making available for purchase throughout the year. Leslie Lees, the company's v-p of content development, said: "We are aware that community and career college libraries are under pressure with their budgets. Our aim with this new strategic approach is to help with that issue by providing the most flexible acquisition models available alongside vast numbers of quality e-books for librarians to put in front of their students."
