Courtney Young has been promoted to editor for the Portfolio, Sentinel, and Current imprints at Penguin. young joined Portfolio as an editorial assistant in 2006, after a two-year stint as a technical writer for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
Todd Martinez has been named sales & marketing coordinator at Image Comics. Martinez has been the manager of the store Comic Relief--winner of one of the first three Will Eisner Spirit of Comics Retailer Awards--in Berkeley, Calif., for the last 14 years.
