The Perseus Books Group has named six executivesto guide its Constellation program, establishing what it dubs the Constellation Leadership Team. Launched in 2008, Constellation is intended to expand digital opportunities for Perseus' distribution clients. The new executive team is culled from top posts across Perseus and includes Joe Mangan, COO; Rick Joyce, CMO; Carolyn Savarese, group v-p of international, rights, and legal affairs; Clare Peeters, v-p of business operations; Melissa Serdinsky, v-p of digital operations; and Greg Orr, v-p of information technology.
Sandersky will have direct responsibility for executing Constellatiion's digital services, and Bill Smith, director of digital partner development, will look to add more clients.
