Trafalgar Square Publishing has hired Melanie Thompson Welch as marketing manager. Thompson Welch will assist the publishing director on the development of the Trafalgar title list and catalog, promote titles and categories to appropriate buyers and sellers, handle advertising and co-ops, and represent the company at trade shows. She had been an associate marketing manager at Sourcebooks.
