Caitlin Graf is joining Basic Books as a publicist, replacing Jessica Krakoski. Graf was most recently at Cambridge University Press, where she worked on the house's U.S. publicity campaigns and spearheaded its blog. Graf previously worked at The New Press.
Regal Literary has hired Michelle Andelman as a children’s book agent. Andelman previously advised foreign publishers as a scout. Prior to that, she worked at Andrea Brown Literary Agency. At Regal, she will handle represent middle-grade and young adult fiction, and author-illustrators of picture books and graphic novels.
At Grand Central Publishing, Melissa Bullock has been promoted to publicist for the Business Plus imprint. She will work closely with Rick Wolff and his team in overseeing and managing all the in-house publicity for Business Plus. Prior to this promotion, Bullock worked on publicity campaigns for Nancy Trejos, Jacqueline Carey, and other authors. She also oversaw GCP’s Forever list.
