Dystel & Goderich Literary Management has added two agents: John Rudolph and Stephanie DeVita. Rudolph was most recently executive editor at Putnam Books for Young Readers, where he oversaw books in the children’s, middle grade, and young adult categories. At DGLM Rudolph is looking for both children's titles as well as adult fiction and nonfiction. DeVita started her career in publishing as an intern at DGLM. She is looking for narrative and practical nonfiction, memoir, and romance.

Brooke Ann Borneman has joined Diamond Book Distributors as sales manager. Borneman was most recently national sales director at Dorchester Publishing. She will be based in New York City and she will be handling Barnes & Noble, Barnes & Noble College, BN.com, Bookazine, Hudson Booksellers, HMS Host and The News Group.
