Doug Beck has been named v-p of curriculum sales at Recorded Books. Beck will report directly to Scott Williams, Recorded Books’ president. Most recently, Beck was v-p and national sales manager for Kaplan K-12. He also served as v-p and national sales manager at McGraw Hill and started his educational sales career at Houghton Mifflin. Beck has also taught at both the middle school and high school levels.
