Haights Cross Communications, the educational and library publisher, has announced the appointment of Kevin R. Brueggeman as president and CEO of its Triumph Learning, LLC, business unit. Brueggeman is currently a private equity mergers and acquisitions advisor and angel investor based in San Antonio, Tex. He has held president/CEO positions with Pearson Education and Harcourt Assessment, Inc.
