Ingram Content Group has promoted one, and hired another, in its library services division. Dan Sheehan has been promoted to v-p and general manager of the group, and Pamela Smith has been hired as v-p of global sales. Smith is starting at the company on December 3.
Sheehan, who took on his new role in September, has been at Ingram for nine years, most recently as v-p of sales for Ingram Book Company. Smith arrives from Follett, where she was senior vice-president.
