Russell Perreault has been promoted to v-p, executive director of publicity and social media, Vintage Anchor. Perreault has been with Random House for more than 20 years, working the last 13 as director of publicity for Vintage Anchor. Kate Runde has been promoted to director of publicity, Vintage Anchor. She was previously senior publicist.
Jennifer Campaniolo will be joining Nicholas Brealey Publishing as publicity and marketing manager in their Boston office. She has previously held positions in publicity and online marketing at Random House, Shambhala Publications, and AMC Books.
