Scholastic has appointed Heather Cassano to the newly created position of chief experience officer. Cassano will "help redefine and implement Scholastic’s next generation digital experiences for students, teachers, and parents.” She was previously at Pearson.
At HarperCollins, Michael Barrs has been promoted to director of marketing, IT Books.
