Amazon Publishing has unveiled its summer and early fall list of 32 titles. The books, which fall under the banner of the e-tailer's various imprints including its translation unit AmazonCrossing and its recently announced mystery unit Thomas & Mercer, will be available in the Kindle store as well as in print on Amazon and in bookstores.

Among the titles on the list are Shaun Morey’s novel about a smuggler, Wahoo Rhapsody, from AmazonEncore on July 5. Morey published Incredible Fishing Stories with Workman in the 1990s. Also from AmazonEncore are the next two installments in Charlie Williams' series featuring a sadistic bouncer who oversees a club situated in hell-like small town; Williams' latest book, Stairway to Hell, was just published by Serpent's Tail. From AmazonCrossing is Juan Valera's Pepita Jimenez, which was originally published in Spanish in 1874 and is scheduled for August 16. And, from the new mystery/triller imprint Thomas & Mercer, is Road to Perdition author Max Allan Collins' Chicago Lightning: The Collected Nathan Heller Short Stories, which is slated for October 4; AmazonEncore will also be releasing 12 titles featuring Collins' detective Heller in August, leading up to Chicago Lightning.
