Running Press is publishing From Yesterday to TODAY: Six Decades of America’s Favorite Morning Show, written by Stephen Battaglio, business editor for TV Guide Magazine. The book--written with the cooperation of Today--has an announced first printing of 100,000 copies. It will be released November 15 and Battaglio will appear that day on the show to promote the title.
Covering six decades of broadcast history from Dave Garroway and Jack Lescoulie to Matt Lauer, Ann Curry, Al Roker and Natalie Morales, the book tells the story of Today through personal recollections, hundreds of photographs (many never before seen), and snapshots of key world events and cultural moments. The book will be released on November 15 and Battaglio will appear on Today to promote the title.
