Cleis Press announced the creation of Tempted Romance, a new imprint devoted to an erotic romance list. The imprint will be headed up by Brenda Knight, as publisher (Knight also serves as publisher of Cleis), releasing 12 titles per year.
The launch title for Tempted Romance will be Cover Him with Darkness by Janine Ashbless, slated for a September 22 paperback release. In addition to paperback editions (priced at $14.95), the imprint will publish in e-book, audio, and iOS apps.
The rest of the fall lineup includes Darker Edge of Desire: Gothic Tales of Romance, edited by Mitzi Szereto, and Hot Highlanders and Wild Warriors: Erotic Romance for Women edited by Delilah Devlin, both published on September 30. Three of Hearts: Erotic Romance for Women, edited by Kristina Wright, and Hungry for More: Romantic Fantasies for Women, edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel, will be published on October 30 and November 24, respectively.
