Call for BEA 2011 Exhibitor Information

The 2011 BookExpo America is fast approaching—May 23-26 at the Javits Center in New York City—and we are preparing our annual pre-BEA issue, slated this year for April 25, in which we present a comprehensive listing of exhibitors, their booth numbers, featured titles, representatives at the show, and special discounts. It is important to note that this year we are inviting exhibitors to enter their information directly into an online form, which is located at http://www.publishersweekly.com/BEA2011. Once there, users will find fields for EXHIBITOR, CONTACT NAME, CONTACT E-MAIL, CONTACT PHONE, WEB SITE ADDRESS, BOOTH #/MEETING RM. #, IMPRINTS, COMPANY DESCRIPTION, FEATURED TITLES (5 PER IMPRINT), IN-BOOTH SIGNINGS, REPRESENTATIVES AT THE BOOTH, DISCOUNTS/GIVEAWAYS.
From this information we will build our April 25 PW listings in print.
You will find that this process is very easy and user-friendly. Please fill out all of the fields that apply. Please also note that you can make separate entries with booth numbers. Larger houses with multiple imprints will need to do so if they wish to list up to 5 featured titles for each imprint. Otherwise, publishers can simply make one entry for the group and list the imprints under the IMPRINTS field. We encourage separate entries for each imprint. Company descriptions are requested for first-time exhibitors only. Note: contact name, phone, and e-mail are for administrative purposes only, not for print.
