Feature: Media Tie-ins

Deadline for pitches: Dec. 10
Issue date: Feb. 9

For this feature, we'd like to hear about adult and children’s books that tie into films and TV/streaming series with release dates from February to July 2026. This includes new tie-ins to films and series as well as existing books that are being adapted for film or series, even if no tie-in edition is being released.

Please include: the original book’s title, author/illustrator, publisher, imprint, and original pub date; the movie or TV/streaming series title, theatrical or streaming release date, streaming platform (if applicable), series creator/film director, and top actors. For tie-in editions (e.g. a new tie-in cover, novelization, etc.), please include the title, author/illustrator, publisher, imprint, pub date, ISBN, and a brief description. Please include company contacts who can speak to the decision whether to release a tie-in, and how adapted books, whether tie-ins or not, are marketed.

Email pitches to features@publishersweekly.com by December 10, subject line “Call for info: Media Tie-ins.”
