UT Press to Distribute 'No Depression' Magazine

The University of Texas Press will partner with No Depression, a magazine of American roots music, as its distributor to the book trade. No Depression began in 1995 as an alt-country quarterly, publishing stories on leading roots musicians such as Guy Clark, Rosanne Cash, and Steve Earle, and providing exposure for that music community. When the magazine went out of print in 2008, its founding editors teamed up with the University of Texas Press to publish two bookazines that carried on the print tradition. No Depression brought back the print edition in 2015 after seven online-only years.
