'New York' Magazine and S&S Sign Four-Book Deal

New York magazine has signed a four-book deal with Simon & Schuster. The first book in the series will be published in November 2017, kicking off a year-long celebration of New York’s 50th anniversary. A visual history of the city as seen in the magazine’s pages, the book will draw on the magazine’s archives including covers, photography, and writing. World rights were acquired by Jofie Ferrari-Adler, executive editor at Simon & Schuster, through New York Media’s literary representative David Kuhn of Aevitas Creative Management.
