Books for a Better Life Plans 2018 Hiatus

The Books for a Better Life Awards, a program that has honored more than 800 authors and raised more than $2.5 million for the fight against multiple sclerosis, will not return with a 10-category awards ceremony in April 2018. The need to re-direct staffing resources to other fundraising challenges, plus chairman Scott Manning’s desire to step aside, are the reasons for the hiatus from the awards program that has honored the best ten self-help books published each year since 1996.
