Brooklyn Book Festival Announces Fall Lineup

The Brooklyn Book Festival Literary Council has announced the lineup of initial 150-plus authors for this year's Brooklyn Book Festival, which takes place on September 15-16. A full week of “Bookend” events, literary events held throughout the city, lead up to the festival weekend. BKBF also announced that Hugo award-winning author N.K. Jemisin will be the recipient of the annual Best of Brooklyn (BoBi) Award. Jemisin is the first author of speculative fiction to win the BoBi. Illustrator and cartoonist Julia Wertz will design this year’s Festival art poster. Click here for more information.
