Singer Reissue to Raise Poverty Awareness

Peter Singer’s 2009 book The Life You Can Save (Random House), which gave its name to his charitable organization, will be reissued in a 10th anniversary edition on December 3, and the e-book and audiobook will be distributed for free via the organization's website to raise awareness and spur more effective giving to help end world poverty. Hachette Audio is underwriting some of the production of the audiobook and helping Singer with distribution the audiobook. Chapters will be read by celebrities including Paul Simon, The Good Place creator Michael Schur, Peter Singer, Kristen Bell, Stephen Fry, Ted Danson, and more.
