Lit Mag Fundraises via Author Postcards

Whiting Award–winning literary magazine the Common will open its sixth annual Author Postcard Auction this month, inviting readers to bid on handwritten, personalized postcards from writers. All proceeds directly benefit the Common, supporting payment to and mentorship of emerging authors and the magazine’s community programs. Online bidding for the 2019 Author Postcard Auction will open to the public at 10:00 a.m. EST on November 11 at charityauction.bid/postcards. Authors will write and send postcards in time for the holidays.
