Harvard Bookstore Reopens After Covid Scare

The Harvard Book Store in Cambridge, Mass., reopened on Friday after it was closed for two days  due to a member of the staff testing positive for Covid-19. All staff who worked with the infected person will remain home until they test negative for the virus.

The store is limiting the number of customers in the store at any one time and is maintaining a no-exceptions mask policy. It has also installed air purifiers and has put additional safety protocols in place.

In an online update, the store thanked its customers for "thoughtful well-wishes," adding, "Your book purchases this month are what will keep this indie bookstore going in the challenging months ahead."
