An Unlikely Story Aims to Raise $10K for Binc

An Unlikely Story Bookstore and Café is hosting an online auction to raise $10,000 in support of the Book Industry Charitable (Binc) Foundation. This is the second year in a row that the Plainville, Mass.-based bookstore—which is owned by Diary of a Wimpy Kid author Jeff Kinney—is raising funds for the Survive to Thrive campaign. Through the fund, Binc provides grants of up to $10,000 for as many as 200 indie bookstores and comic shops. Kinney and his family will personally match what the store raises. The auction begins May 21 and runs until May 28. The auction will go live May 21st until May 28th.
